Jiaoxi hot spring festival opens

The 2017 Jiaoxi Hot Spring Festival in Yilan County opened Saturday with a series of cultural and artistic performances and exhibitions featuring cultural exchanges and demonstration of the friendship that exists between Taiwan and Japan.
