Vietnamese pair arrested for stealing mobile phones

A pair of Vietnamese have been arrested on suspicion of stealing mobile phones in Kaohsiung shopping areas and stashing them in hotels in which they stayed before taking them out of Taiwan, according to a statement released Sunday by Kaohsiung's Cianjhen Police Precinct.
