Ex-lawmaker Alex Tsai detained on embezzlement suspicions (update)

Former opposition Kuomintang (KMT) lawmaker Alex Tsai (蔡正元) was ordered detained and sent to the Taipei Detention Center on Wednesday on allegations that he embezzled hundreds of millions of Taiwan dollars from a film making company.
