Tainan, Chiayi to start phase-one water rationing

Tainan and Chiayi in southern Taiwan will be subject to first-phase water rationing starting April 5 following several other areas in Taiwan that were placed under the measure earlier this month, the Water Resources Agency (WRA) said Wednesday.
