First winter cold spell to affect Taiwan from Thursday: CWB

The first cold spell of the winter will begin to impact Taiwan on Thursday, with lows likely to dip to 9-11 degrees Celsius in northern and central areas, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said on Monday.
