The long-anticipated mass rapid transit (MRT) line between Taipei and the country's main airport will not open in March as previously announced, due to the failure of a travel time test to meet its target, the Bureau of High Speed Rail of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) said Tuesday.
