Wei Ying-chiao, chairman of scandal-ridden food maker Ting Hsin International Group, tendered his resignation Tuesday from his posts as vice chairman and CEO of Taipei Financial Center Corp., which runs the landmark skyscraper commonly known as Taipei 101.
