Stimulus vouchers to be issued without upfront payment: Executive Yuan

The upcoming round of government stimulus vouchers, which is aimed at encouraging consumption and boosting the domestic economy, will not require an upfront payment as had been proposed earlier, the Executive Yuan said Monday.
