The resignation of Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) Director-General Lu Chieh-shen (鹿潔身) in the wake of a train derailment in northeastern Taiwan on Oct. 21 has been approved, Transportation Minister Wu Hong-mo (吳宏謀) said Thursday.
