University head acting as mediator between government, protesters

National Sun Yat-sen University President Yang Hung-duen is acting as a mediator between the government and student-led protesters occupying the Legislative Yuan in the hope of finding a solution to their standoff, Education Minister Chiang Wei-ling said Saturday.
