Early blooming flowers pave way for spring sightseeing

Winter flowers at sightseeing destinations such as the Wuling Farm in Taichung and the Alishan Mountain in Chiayi County have begun blooming earlier than usual, paving the way for tourists to visit the locations ahead of upcoming flower festivals.
