Taiwan's Executive Yuan spokesman Hsu Kuo-yung (徐國勇) said on Thursday that Premier Lai Ching-te (賴清德) agreed to discuss the loosening of regulations against Taiwanese universities' EMBA programs accepting Chinese students.
