Hon Hai, Stellantis form joint venture on semiconductors for auto industry

Taiwan-based Hon Hai Technology Group announced Tuesday a 50/50 joint venture with automaker Stellantis to establish SiliconAuto, a company dedicated to designing and supplying semiconductors for the automotive industry.
