Taiwan's manufacturing sector continued to stagger under the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the second quarter of the year, posting a year-on-year decrease of more than 11 percent in production value, its sixth consecutive quarter of decline, according to the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
