Siliconware to decide Thursday on ASE's 2nd tender offer

Siliconware Precision Industries Co. (矽品), the second largest integrated circuit packaging and testing services provider in Taiwan, is scheduled to hold a board meeting and a review meeting Thursday to decide on the second tender offer made by Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASE, 日月光).
