DMG Entertainment chief executive to buy EBC stake

Taiwan-based Eastern Media International Corp. (EMI, 東森國際) said Friday that it and another shareholder of Eastern Broadcasting Co. (EBC, 東森電視) have agreed to sell their stake in EBC to the chief executive of DMG Entertainment of the United States.
