ASE Kaohsiung plant may resume full operations by year-end: sources

The Kaohsiung plant of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASE), where untreated waste water was found being piped into a nearby creek last year, could resume full operations before next year following the Monday convictions of four employees, market sources said.
