Former VP to attend APEC summit as presidential envoy (update)

President Ma Ying-jeou has named former Vice President Vincent Siew as his envoy to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum leaders' summit in Beijing, a Presidential Office spokeswoman said Wednesday.
