Tigerair Taiwan to offer local dishes on its flights

Tigerair Taiwan, a low-cost carrier joint venture between Taiwan's China Airlines and Singapore's Tiger Airways, said Monday that its inflight menu will include Taiwanese dishes, as part of its budget-friendly image.
