Foxconn mulling shift of high-end manufacturing to U.S.

Terry Gou, chairman of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., said Monday that he is considering shifting the company's high-end manufacturing to the United States to create a win-win situation for both Taiwan and the U.S.
