Commercial Times: `Taishang' should be broadly defined

The term "Taishang" is one that has been widely used to refer to  either Taiwanese-funded businesses in China or to Taiwanese  businessmen operating there. Its definition used to be a subject of  academic debate, with various definitions being used.
