Center for people with disabilities receives presidential award

The Taiwan Mennonite New Dawn Educare Center, a facility for individuals with disabilities in the eastern county of Hualien, recently received a Presidential Cultural Award in recognition of its decades-long dedication to humanitarian efforts.
