President Tsai hands out red envelopes Lunar New Year's day

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) on Friday visited Yuhuang Temple in Pingtung City, where she greeted other worshipers and distributed red envelopes in celebration of the Lunar New Year of the Dog.
