Prosecutors investigating collapse of Tainan apartment complex

Taipei, Feb. 14 (CNA) Prosecutors have launched an investigation into allegations that structural changes in the lower stories of the Weiguan Jinlong apartment complex in Tainan were responsible for its collapse that killed 114 people in the Feb. 6 earthquake, the Tainan District Prosecutors Office said Sunday.
