Premier Lin Chuan (林全) on Friday approved the resignation of state-owned CPC Corp, Taiwan (CPC) Chairman Chen Chin-de (陳金德) to take responsibility for a massive blackout earlier this week, Cabinet spokesman Hsu Kuo-yung (徐國勇) announced.
