DPP wins local by-election, ending losing streak

Lin Che-ling (林哲淩) of the Democratic Progressive Party won the township chief by-election of Khohu in southern Taiwan's Yunlin County, stopping the party's losing streak in local by-elections since the DPP administration took power on May 20.
