President-elect will meet outgoing president `at appropriate time'

President-elect Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said Wednesday that a meeting with President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) could take place after Ma's return from an upcoming visit to Republic of China (Taiwan) allies in Central America.
