Eid al-Fitr to be observed July 6 in Taiwan

Eid al-Fitr, an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of the month-long daytime fasting period known as Ramadan, will be observed July 6 this year in Taiwan, the Taipei Grand Mosque said Tuesday.
