Northern Taiwan's property market sluggish for 7th straight month

The property market in northern Taiwan remained sluggish for a seventh consecutive month in September, but an index gauging the market conditions improved slightly due to an increase in new listings of presale residential housing and newly built homes that month, according to a survey by real estate magazine My Housing.
