Taiwan cautiously mulls China investment in local IC design sector

The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) has been exploring cautiously the possibility of lifting a ban on China's investment in the local integrated circuit design sector in accordance with the real needs of the industry, an MOEA official said Monday.
