Taiwan issues tsunami alert after magnitude 7.4 earthquake hits Mindanao

The Central Weather Administration (CWA) issued a tsunami alert on Friday after a magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck the southern Philippine island of Mindanao at 9:44 a.m.
