2023 world's hottest year on record, Taiwan's 6th hottest: CWA

The global average temperature reached a record high in the first 11 months of 2023, while Taiwan's average in the 2023 will end up as the sixth highest in recorded history, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) said at a press conference Friday.
