Vietnamese fishing boat crew member arrested over alleged homicide

A Vietnamese migrant worker who allegedly killed an Indonesian colleague on a Taiwan-flagged fishing vessel on the high seas in April was arrested by investigation agents when the ship returned to Kaohsiung last week, local authorities said Tuesday.
