Cooling system fault causes load shedding in Nuclear Power Plant No. 2

Taiwan's Nuclear Power Plant No. 2 in New Taipei was forced to reduce its power generation capacity Tuesday afternoon following a malfunction in the plant's circulating water system, which is used to cool the nuclear reactors, according to the Atomic Energy Council (AEC).
