Taipei private school fined for holding in-person graduation ceremony

The foundation that runs Taipei Kuei Shan School and three people affiliated with the school have been fined NT$720,000 (US$26,116) collectively for holding an in-person graduation ceremony in violation of COVID-19 rules.
