Public, private sectors to set up animal rescue center in east Taiwan

The Council of Agriculture's (COA) Forestry Bureau on Monday signed a cooperation agreement with a local wildlife conservation society to jointly establish the first ever large-scale wild animal rescue center in eastern Taiwan.
