13 Myanmarese crewmen rescued from capsized cargo ship off Keelung

All the crew of the Sierra Leone-registered cargo vessel JI Shun, which capsized in waters off Keelung, have been rescued, the National Rescue Command Center (NRCC) said Thursday.
