Earthquake causes blackout, falling rocks, rail suspension in Taiwan

Thousands of households suffered from power outages, falling rocks were spotted on a provincial highway and rail services were suspended temporarily in the wake of a magnitude 6 earthquake that hit northeastern Taiwan Thursday morning.
