Starting from Jan. 1, foreign residents holding valid Alien Resident Certificates (ARCs) or those who have obtained Alien Citizen Digital Certificates can apply online for information on whether or not they are prohibited from leaving Taiwan, the National Immigration Agency (NIA) said Friday.
