Taiwan, Wyoming ink reciprocal driver's license accord

Taiwan and the U.S. state of Wyoming have signed a reciprocal agreement that allows their licensed drivers to obtain a driver's license in each other's territory without having to take written and road tests, according to a press release issued on Thursday by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC).
