Yahoo Kimo apologizes over failure to notify invoice lottery winners

Yahoo Kimo apologized on Thursday after a glitch in its online shopping system was discovered to have potentially resulted in patrons who won prizes on the uniform invoice lottery over the past few months not being notified.
