Villagers believe local deity has role to play in naming road

A local deity in Miaoli County played an important role when villagers of Xihu in Miaoli County tried to find an impressive name for a country road between rice paddies that they consider to be comparable to the famous "Mr. Brown Avenue" in Taitung County, eastern Taiwan.
