Luo Kuang-rui, leading proponent of hepatitis B vaccine, dies at 101

Luo Kuang-rui (羅光瑞), a former superintendent of Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH) and pioneer of efforts to introduce universal hepatitis B vaccines for newborns in Taiwan, has died at the age of 101.
