Tsai congratulates president-elect of Paraguay on election victory

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) called Paraguayan President-elect Santiago Peña on Friday to congratulate him on his victory in the presidential election and thank him for his staunch position on maintaining bilateral diplomatic ties, according to the Presidential Office.
