United States Virgin Islands Governor Albert Bryan Jr. arrived in Taipei on Monday on a six-day trip to explore opportunities for bilateral exchanges, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said, noting that it was the first visit to Taipei by the head of the American territory.
