Chang, ranking KMT members criticize at-large legislator list

Kuomintang (KMT) vice presidential candidate Chang San-cheng (張善政) said Thursday that the party's list of at-large legislator nominees was "disappointing" and he had directed his national policy advisory team to treat the 2020 presidential and legislative races as separate efforts.
