Navy Chief of Staff Rear Adm. Liu Chih-pin (劉志斌), will serve as the chief aide-de-camp to President-elect Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) after she takes office on May 20, a Ministry of Defense (MND) spokesman said Sunday.
