Cross-strait hotline a Ma-Xi meeting legacy: Presidential Office

The establishment Wednesday of a telephone hotline system connecting the heads of cross-Taiwan Strait affairs on each side of the strait reflects a milestone set during a historic meeting between the leaders of Taiwan and mainland China in November, Presidential Office spokesman Charles Chen (陳以信) said that day.
