Kaohsiung mayor questioned over alleged neglect in explosion case

Kaohsiung prosecutors wrapped up questioning of Mayor Chen Chu and other city officials Thursday evening over allegations that it was neglect on their part that contributed to the multiple gas explosions that ripped through the southern city in July, killing dozens.
