KMT drops Huang Ching-tai as candidate in Keelung (update)

The ruling Kuomintang (KMT) decided Wednesday to withdraw its nomination of Huang Ching-tai as its candidate for Keelung City mayor in the year-end election amid bribery allegations and slipping public support.
